The fiesta officially arrived at Longleat Forest this week as Las Iguanas opened its doors to the first hungry guests.
It may have been a chilly autumnal day at Longleat Forest in Wiltshire, on Tuesday 18 October, but in our newest restaurant in the Plaza, it felt like stepping into Latin America.
The authentic music, bright décor, running waterfall and tropical plants feel like something out of another world. It’s the perfect backdrop to the fresh, flavourful food and the cool cocktails.

Inside the menu, you’ll find familiar favourites and exotic specialities. There are fajitas, flame-grilled steaks, Bahian coconut chicken, fresh fish and salads. For something sweet to finish off, try the Creamy Caramel Cake or the Aztec Chocolate Fudge Cake.

The stylish Las Iguanas bar is now firmly one of our favourite spots to grab a drink at Longleat Forest. There’s a full beer, wine and soft drink list, but the cocktails are the real star here. Fruity or creamy, soft or strong, sour or sweet, you’ll find a tipple to die for on the list – all with a Latin American twist.
For families, Las Iguanas, is the perfect laid back hang-out. The familiar but fun children’s menu – presented by Iggy the Iguana – offers tacos and quesadilla for adventurous little ones as well as pizza and cod bites for fussier eaters. Of course, there’s also complimentary baby food for our tiniest guests. The children’s play area will keep children playing and adventuring while you relax over your meal – time for another cocktail!
Sorry to say but from those photos….it just looks like a big canteen…and I personally dont like it. I prefered the old Chez Pierre from years ago!
Looks lovely can’t wait to try it out
