We know going to the gym might be the last thing on your mind during your short break but the option is always there. Whether you want to keep up to date with your fitness regime or try something new, we’ve got you covered.

The Gym

For who: 16 years +

Where: All villages

What’s it all about: Get your fix of a regular workout during your break with The Gym Pass. Book a weekend, midweek or week pass and have unlimited access to our fully-equipped gym during your entire break.

Boogie Bounce

For who: 14 years +

Where: Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest, Whinfell Forest and Woburn Forest

What’s it all about: A fun cardio workout that is guaranteed to work on all key areas of your body. Using mini trampolines, Boogie Bounce will have you working out to fun, energetic music as you tone-up and have lots of fun.

Hydrobikes

For who: 16 years +

Where: Sherwood Forest

What’s it all about: Combining indoor cycling with the benefits of water-based exercise, Hydrobikes will leave you feeling energised as you target muscle groups from both the upper and lower parts of the body. Bring your swimwear and jump into this fun session.

Pilates

For who: 14 years +

Where: All villages

What’s it all about: Poise with power. A gentle, but powerful body conditioning exercise that teaches you the techniques of balance, breathing and flexibility. Pilates is fantastic for strengthening your core muscles and balancing the body, mind and soul – a perfect way to find relaxation on your break.

Yoga

For who: 14 years +

Where: Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest and Longleat Forest

What’s it all about: Gently moving from one pose to another, Yoga focuses on flexibility, balance and your inner poise. The controlled movements help to relieve stress and leave you feeling calm and relaxed.

Zumba

For who: 14 years +

Where: All villages

What’s it all about: You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic for Zumba as it’s suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Great fun for everyone, the cardio-based dance movements performed in Zumba are easy to follow and help to tone your entire body without you realising you’re working out!

Kettlecise

For who: 14 years +

Where: Elveden Forest and Woburn Forest

What’s it all about: Using Kettlebell weights this fun and effective class improves your core stability, leaving you feeling stronger and more toned. Kettlecise burns fat quicker than any other aerobic activity and is a perfect way to get in shape and have fun.
