Jack Frost nipping at your nose, rosy cheeks, the occasional flurry of snow, cosy nights in front of the fire, warm home-made soup. They’re all things we know and love about winter. But however tempting it might be to stay inside and hibernate until spring has sprung, take a look outside and you will see your garden, local park or forest alive with activity.
