Center Parcs supports Tommy’s Baby-Friendly Awards for third consecutive year

We’re proud to announce that we will be supporting the Tommy’s Baby-Friendly Awards in 2015, with the Center Parcs Super Sibling Award.

It’s time to nominate your Super Sibling for Center Parcs-sponsored award

The Tommy’s Awards celebrate the heroes that are part of every family – and we know that can include little ones too. Now in its third consecutive year, the Super Sibling Award goes to the big brother or sister of a baby born prematurely, who has shown real maturity and kindness during those tough times.

This year we honoured four-year-old Alfie Riley from Leeds, who lost his brother Oliver who was critically ill, and has since been a great support to his mum in being protective of little sister, Maisie.

Who’s your hero?
Every year, 1 in 4 parents-to-be will lose a baby due to complications that cause miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth. Baby charity Tommy’s exists to help save babies’ lives by funding research into why these tragedies take place and providing advice and support for all parents-to-be.

The Tommy’s awards with Bounty are for families everywhere, celebrating parents who have been touched by pregnancy complications or the loss of a baby. We know how crucial those special partners, family members and healthcare workers can be during the toughest of times. Every family has a hero, and the awards let you say thank you to them for all those things you can’t put into words.

To find out more about the awards and to make a nomination, visit the Bounty website. Nominations close November 11.
